How to stand out
- It helps to show real comfort with Google Calendar, Sheets and Docs. A small example, like a shared schedule you built for a club or class, says more than a skills list.
- Practise writing short, clear update messages about dates and deadlines. Much of this role is telling people what changed.
- Brush up on spreadsheet basics, since tracking uploads and records is part of the work. Be ready to explain how you check data for errors.
- Have an example of juggling several tasks at once, such as an event or college fest, and what you did to keep it on track.
- If you have followed a written procedure before, be ready to talk about how you made sure it was followed.
