Production Assistant Intern
Velox Media has one internship opening for a Production Assistant, done remotely by freshers who live in Delhi. This post has drawn lower attention than comparable hiring posts, so fewer people may have seen it.
What you would learn as a production assistant intern
Velox Media presents this internship as a way to get a first look at how media gets made, working on live projects with creative professionals. For this position, the post names four things to learn:
- Planning a production
- Coordinating shoots
- Research
- Logistics
Interns are also invited to put forward their own ideas. The post gives no daily schedule and names no software or equipment for this role.
Eligibility and what the recruiter looks for
Only freshers can apply, and you need to be living in Delhi. You do not need to have worked professionally before.
- A genuine pull towards filmmaking, documentaries and producing media
- Readiness to pick up planning, shoot coordination, research and logistics
- Good organisation and clear communication
Beyond these, the hiring team puts weight on basic knowledge, creativity, curiosity and eagerness to learn. The work is from home.

This post has received lower attention than similar hiring posts. That is only one signal about visibility and tells you nothing about your own chances.
How to prepare your application
- Give a concrete example of managing something with many moving parts, such as a college fest or a short film shoot, since organisation is something the post asks for.
- Keep your introduction brief and specific about why production work appeals to you, as it also shows how you communicate.
- Be ready to name a documentary or film you admire and what you noticed about how it was put together.
- Try a small research exercise: choose a topic and write a tidy summary of what you found and where it came from.
- If you have anything from student or personal projects, attach it, however small.
