Wipro is hiring a backend Processor for a US healthcare process at its Candor campus in Gurugram Sector 48. The shift runs 5:30 PM to 3:00 A.M, five days a week from the office, with cab service both ways depending on your address.
What you will handle as a processor
This is a backend transaction role for a client, built around accuracy and turnaround time. You will process or audit Benefits and HR transactions and take part in fixing process gaps.
- Process or audit the transactions on time and accurately, finish assigned tasks, manage the inventory of work and keep service quality steady.
- Do data entry and rule-based entry, run simple process calculations, and follow data security rules, the code of conduct, MIS needs, internal guidelines and the customer concern matrix.
- Work with the Subject Matter Expert and your manager to spot issues and improvement areas, then recommend or put in place fixes for different clients.
Who can apply and what you need to bring
The role asks for a bachelor's degree in a non-tech stream. B.Tech, BE, LLB, B.Ed, BSc (IT) and MCA graduates are excluded.
- Work experience of 0 - 3 years in back office or similar transaction processing.
- Good computer skills in MS Office, with typing speed of at least 25 WPM at 90% accuracy.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
- Preferred: earlier outsourcing experience and good social skills.
You should also be fine with the US shift, with stretching your hours now and then when the business needs it, and with being moved across client teams. Your address needs to fall inside the cab hiring zone.
