- Create and revise proposal decks in 16:9 and A4 PDF packs aimed at schools, working from briefs, itineraries and brand templates. Expect roughly 2-4 of these each week.
- Convert itineraries, costings and programme notes into easy-to-read pages: daily schedules, timelines, inclusion lists and comparison tables.
- Proof each proposal for consistency, covering typefaces, colour, logo placement and image quality, plus correct names, dates and prices.
- Find photos from licensed stock or the company's own trip shoots, edit them (cropping, colour correction) and export versions for print and on-screen use.
- Tailor each proposal to the school it goes to, changing the name, logo, grade and dates, and complete revisions within the day.
- Keep the template library and asset folders organised so files can be reused.
