People & Culture Intern

The internship involves several key responsibilities that provide exposure to HR functions.

• Assist in recruitment activities and manage recruitment administration tasks.
• Support performance reviews, OKR processes, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee basic employee data, HR documentation, and HRIS administration.
• Coordinate the logistics for employee engagement activities and company events.

This position is open to final-year students or recent graduates in fields like Psychology, Human Resources Management, and Management.

Applicants should have a strong interest in Human Resources and be detail-oriented with good communication skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is important. A proactive attitude and ability to handle confidential information responsibly are also required.
