Onboarding Specialist Intern
Classcard is hiring an Onboarding Specialist Intern to get new customer accounts set up and ready for launch, working remotely within India. The internship runs for 3 months, and a full-time job can follow if your performance supports it.
What the job involves
This is a customer-facing setup job, and it is mostly about getting accounts ready before they go live.
- Sit in on the kickoff and onboarding calls that the Account Managers run.
- Take customers through setting up their accounts, then check that everything works before launch.
- Draft basic onboarding plans, monitor how each account is moving along, and work with teammates in Success, Support and Tech.
