Onboarding Operations Intern

In this internship, you will contribute to various onboarding tasks within the operations team.

• Initiate and follow up on requests with banks.
• Track onboarding activities while ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist in creating onboarding IDs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address account setup issues.
• Support additional onboarding and process-related tasks as needed.

This position is open to recent graduates in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar fields. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, along with interpersonal abilities, are essential. A basic understanding of banking or payment systems is advantageous, and previous internship experience is preferred. The role is onsite in Pune and is structured as a 6-month internship.
