Marketing Operations Internship

The work is outreach and follow-through: getting colleges and students to take part in career initiatives and keeping campaigns on track.

• Contact Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and students by phone, email and messaging platforms to build awareness and lift registrations and job applications. You also share resources and answer queries so registration runs smoothly and campaigns go out on time.
• Follow up regularly with colleges and students, keep an eye on how applications are progressing, and support them while the campaign runs.
• Research and update a database of colleges and TPOs, prepare promotional content and campaign collaterals, watch daily performance numbers, and write reports on outreach, engagement and campaign results.

• You must be free for a full-time internship held in the office in Delhi.
• You must be able to start between 16 October and 20 November 2026.
• You must be available for 2 months.
• The post asks for relevant skills and interest. The skills listed are MS-Office, spoken and written English, and sales.

The post does not name a degree or year of study, so do not assume one either way.

• Practise a short, clear phone pitch and a polite follow-up email. Much of this role is talking and writing to people you have not met.
• Brush up on MS-Office, especially keeping a tidy list or sheet of contacts with accurate details.
• Prepare one example where you persuaded someone to sign up, join or take part. Sales experience of any kind, even in a college club, is worth mentioning.
• Try writing a short report after a small task, such as a poster or message you shared and how many people responded. Reporting on outreach is part of the job.
• Keep your spoken and written English clean. Both are on the skills list.
