Marketing Intern

This is a broad starter role in marketing, so you would touch content, research and tracking rather than one narrow task.

• Creative side: creating and posting social media content, helping with campaigns and promotions, and supporting brand-building work and presentations.
• Research side: studying the market and rival brands, finding leads, and pinning down the audience a campaign is meant for.
• Numbers side: email marketing, watching how people respond to campaigns, and organising marketing records in Excel or a CRM.

Pyxidia Tech welcomes current students and recent graduates at fresher level. The fields named are marketing, BBA, MBA, commerce, mass communication, or something close to them. The role is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

• Comfort communicating and dealing with people
• A working grasp of social media and digital marketing
• Ability to research a topic and write content
• Basic skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Canva or a comparable design tool is a helpful extra, not a must
• Readiness to try new things and pitch creative ideas

The internship lasts 3 months and includes mentoring and learning on the job. Whether a full-time offer follows depends on your performance and the company's business needs.

• It helps to run a small social page or project of your own, even for a college club, so you have real posts to show.
• Write a one-page comparison of two brands you follow. It shows research and writing in a single sample.
• Get comfortable with basic Excel work such as sorting, filtering and simple tables, since data upkeep is part of the job.
• Put together a few designs in Canva or a similar tool. It is only a bonus, but samples cost you little.
• Come with one campaign idea you can explain in a couple of minutes.
