Management Trainee

The selected trainees will undergo structured training on various aspects of US Healthcare, including Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing. They will gain practical experience through live projects that involve claims processing and credentialing tasks, while also aiding the operations team in meeting essential productivity and quality targets. Adhering to compliance and operational processes is also a critical aspect of this role. Collaboration with team members and mentors will help in achieving both learning and business goals.

This position is targeted at fresh graduates from Science or Commerce backgrounds, including degrees such as B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, and BCA. Candidates should have a minimum of 70% aggregate in their Class 12 exams and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential, as well as good analytical abilities. Applicants should be willing to work onsite in Gurugram during night shifts and preference will be given to those from Delhi-NCR or Tier-1 cities.
