Machine Learning Internship

The internship is hands-on machine learning work inside Qubixo's team, with research and building mixed together. The posting names seven duties, which fall into three groups:

• Models and research: helping build and put machine learning models in place, and reading up on new algorithms and techniques that could improve the ones already there.
• Data and prototypes: working through complex data sets to pull out useful insights, and building and testing prototypes that show what machine learning applications can do.
• Deployment and product work: assisting with deploying and maintaining machine learning solutions, contributing to new features and enhancements for Qubixo's products, and keeping track of developments in machine learning and AI.

The posting asks for people who have relevant skills and interests, and who can commit to the following:

• Being available for a remote internship lasting 3 months.
• Starting between 17 October 2026 and 21 November 2026.

The skills listed are Python, data analytics, machine learning, R programming, data science, natural language processing (NLP), deep learning and artificial intelligence. Women who want to start or restart their career are also welcome to apply. The posting does not state a degree or years of experience.

• Put a small Python project on show, ideally one where you cleaned a data set, trained a model and explained what the results meant.
• Since the role involves reading about new algorithms, it helps to be able to explain in plain words one technique you studied recently and why it interested you.
• Include something in NLP or deep learning if you have it, as both are named in the posting.
• Prototypes are part of the job, so a simple working demo of a model, even a rough one, says more than a list of courses.
• Mention R alongside Python if you have used it, since the posting lists both.
