Junior Recruiter

In the position of Junior Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Coordinator to facilitate the entire recruitment process. Your tasks include:

• Sourcing candidates from various platforms like job portals, social media, and Facebook groups.
• Understanding client requirements to match candidates effectively.
• Screening and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates via various digital channels.
• Updating the candidate database and meeting recruitment goals.
• Providing guidance to candidates regarding job responsibilities and onboarding.

This position welcomes freshers with strong English skills and excellent communication abilities. While previous recruitment or HR experience is beneficial, it is not required. Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace and engaging on social media platforms. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about recruitment in the European job market are essential for success in this role.
