In this internship, you will engage in candidate outreach, initial screenings, and assessments. Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews while assisting with recruitment trackers and data management are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for creating and updating TA dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets and monitoring hiring metrics to contribute to recruitment analysis.
