Intern Support Engineer

The intern will assist in delivering first-level technical support while managing support tickets according to established SLAs. Duties include troubleshooting common O365-related issues, providing detailed solutions to client queries, and gathering necessary information to resolve technical problems. The intern will also escalate complex technical issues to the right teams and maintain accurate ticket updates, contributing to the knowledge base and documentation. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is crucial for ensuring effective support, and the intern must be prepared to work in rotational shifts to accommodate 24/7 operations.

This position is open to freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience. Applicants should possess a degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Key skills include a basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and Microsoft 365/O365, good problem-solving capabilities, effective communication, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a team setting.
