As a CS Professional Trainee, you will engage in several important tasks that will enhance your understanding of corporate law:

• Conduct secretarial audits for both listed and unlisted public companies.
• Assist with private equity and other corporate transactions.
• Support the planning, structuring, and implementation of ESOPs.
• Provide advisory services for IPOs and ensure compliance with SEBI and other corporate regulations.
• Handle regulatory compliance under various financial laws.
• Draft and review corporate legal documents and policies.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence.

This internship is open to motivated candidates with a strong academic record and a genuine interest in corporate laws. Applicants should possess solid research, drafting, and communication skills. Previous experience in a professional or academic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
