This is a one-seat internship. You will not be placed in a single team. Instead you work next to the person who posted the job on every part of building Canvas & Co., which the post describes as aiming to be India's number one content company.

The areas named are business, creative, marketing, managing people, hiring and finance. The post says you will do many things at once, and that this is intended.

The post is blunt about the demands. You live with the founder and travel with them between Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurugram. You are available 24/7. It gives two examples: a 2am edit one night, a 7am flight another morning. It also says that if you do well, you could one day head a vertical at the company.

The post does not list a degree, year of study or skill set. It asks for evidence that you have hustled for something in your life. Even a 6-month project counts.

• The challenges you have faced
• How you solved them

You must write it yourself, without AI. The recruiter wants to read what you have learned, in your own words.

You also need to be fine with moving between the three cities and with being reachable at all hours.

• Pick one real project or effort and tell it plainly. A short, specific story is easier to read than a long list.
• For each challenge, say what went wrong and what you did next. The post asks about the solving, not only the problem.
• Write in your own voice. Read it aloud and cut anything that sounds borrowed.
• Think honestly about the lifestyle described: shared living, constant travel, odd hours. It helps to be sure you want that before you apply.
• Be clear about what you want from six months. The post asks for it directly.
