This is a documentation-heavy internship on corporate insolvency resolution cases under the IBC. You would help draft and file Expressions of Interest, and gather the eligibility papers, affidavits, undertakings and other records those filings need. Documents for Prospective Resolution Applicants are also part of the job.
You would stay in touch with Resolution Professionals and their teams to settle queries, collect papers and keep to submission dates. Due diligence support covers Information Memorandums, Requests for Resolution Plans and other case documents. You would also assist in putting together Resolution Plans and the compliance paperwork around them.
You would also keep trackers for each case, covering EOI filings, PRA status, due diligence and plan timelines, and research IBC provisions, Section 29A eligibility and NCLT and NCLAT rulings.
