Satin FinservMumbaiInternshipPosted today

Satin Finserv is hiring an industrial trainee intern in Chembur, Mumbai, to work on the paperwork and checks behind loan disbursements. It pays ₹20,000 a month, which is well above typical for internships in the same field across India.

What the work involves

This is loan operations work. You handle the documents that must be in order before a loan is paid out, including verifying KYC papers. You also check that credit, sales and property checklists are followed, along with the conditions attached to each sanction.

Then comes the disbursement itself: processing it and completing the booking in the system. You also coordinate mortgage, MODT and CERSAI paperwork, and insurance activities, including checking insurance documents.

You work with the Sales, Credit, Legal and Finance teams, and with customers, to keep disbursements moving. You support audits, help manage exceptions, prepare and maintain MIS reports, track turnaround time and keep an eye on pending cases.

Who can apply and what to have ready

The post is strict about availability. You need to be free for a full-time internship in the office, for 6 months, and able to start between 19th Oct'26 and 23rd Nov'26. It also asks for relevant skills and interest.

  • Proven MS Excel proficiency is essential.
  • Accounting, interpersonal skills and effective communication are the listed skills.
  • Good organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working alone and in a team.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power Apps, Python or Excel Macros is a significant advantage, not a must.

Interns get a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
