Human Resources Trainee

The HR Trainee will play a key role in supporting various HR functions.

• Assist with the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Handle joining procedures, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Keep employee records and maintain HR databases.
• Provide support with attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Work with both employees and management on HR-related inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
• Engage in employee activities and HR initiatives.
• Support daily HR operations and compliance.

This role is open to graduates, MBAs, and PGDMs in Human Resources, and freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have 0 to 3 years of experience in HR activities and possess good communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is required, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
