Human Resources Recruiter

You will assist with the entire recruitment process, starting from sourcing and shortlisting candidates through various channels such as job portals and social media. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, conducting initial screenings, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking their progress throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will support the HR team with daily recruitment activities and help hire EFO Trainers for the organization while communicating job details clearly to candidates.
