Human Resources Operations Intern

As an HR Operations Intern, you will support various aspects of human resources management. Your tasks will include assisting with PF and ESIC processes, facilitating employee onboarding, managing HR helpdesk inquiries, and ensuring accurate HR documentation and record management. You will work closely with the HR team, gaining valuable insights into the operations of an HR department.

This position is aimed at freshers who are eager to pursue a career in HR operations. Candidates should possess basic computer skills and good communication abilities. Familiarity with MS Excel and HR documentation is a plus, as is a willingness to learn and a problem-solving mindset.
