Human Resources Operations Intern

As an HR Operations Intern, you will assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, manage payroll inputs, and track statutory compliance for client programs. Your role also includes handling attendance, insurance, and employee data, as well as automating processes and generating reports using Zoho Analytics. Attention to detail is crucial in this maker/checker environment.

This role is suitable for graduates, particularly those with a background in HR, commerce, or business. Candidates should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and following structured processes. Since the position is onsite in Bangalore, local applicants are preferred. The duration of the internship is between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of moving into a full-time role afterward.

It helps to gain familiarity with onboarding processes and HR software like greytHR. Developing skills in data management and reporting, especially with tools like Zoho Analytics, will be beneficial.
