What you will handle as an HR intern
Most of the work sits in recruitment. You will help with sourcing candidates and screening resumes, set up interviews, and stay in touch with the people who get shortlisted. After interviews, you follow up with candidates and put together recruitment reports.
You will also keep candidate databases and recruitment trackers up to date, and support onboarding and the paperwork that goes with it.
Alongside this, the role includes helping with employee engagement and routine HR operations, so you see the people side of the organisation as well as hiring.
