Human Resources Intern

The HR Intern will support the recruitment process at KMW Advertising LLP by handling various tasks focused on talent acquisition.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, professional networks, and social media.
• Conduct initial calls to assess candidate skills and discuss salary expectations.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and manage hiring reports.
• Post job ads and help with offer letters and onboarding processes.

This role is open to graduates or current students pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field. Candidates should have strong communication skills and some experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

No prior experience is necessary, making this position suitable for freshers.
