The HR Intern will actively participate in various recruitment and HR functions.

• Engage in talent sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Conduct screening of resumes and coordinate interviews with applicants.
• Utilize hiring trackers, HRMS dashboards, and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and HR operations.
• Support initiatives aimed at employee engagement and enhancing culture.

Incresco seeks candidates with strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in HR and recruitment. While prior internship experience in recruitment is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The position is onsite in Coimbatore, ideal for those who can work in a fast-paced setting. High performers may receive a Pre-Placement Offer based on their internship performance.
