Human Resources (HR) Internship

The work supports hiring from first contact to closure, so positions get filled on time and candidates have a smooth experience. The post names these duties:

• Set up interviews and coordinate with candidates through the recruitment process.
• Run first-round screening conversations and judge candidates against what the role needs.
• Create candidate records and keep every detail accurate and current.
• Follow up regularly with candidates and consultants so the hiring process finishes on time.
• Maintain recruitment trackers covering leads, interviews, candidate status and follow-ups.
• Onboard consultants on the platform, collecting, checking and updating their details and documents.
• Support the wider recruitment and onboarding process through to closure.

This is a full-time, in-office internship lasting 3 months. You should be able to start between 16th Oct'26 and 20th Nov'26. Freshers looking for jobs may also apply.

• Spoken and written English, and effective communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
• Working proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, for trackers and records

• Practise a short screening call with a friend: ask clear questions, listen, and note down the answers. It is the closest preparation for the screening duty.
• Build a simple tracker in Excel or Google Sheets with columns like candidate name, stage and next follow-up date. Be ready to describe how you would keep it up to date.
• Prepare one example from college or a project where you coordinated people or deadlines and followed up until it was done.
• Write your application in clear, error-free English, since written and spoken English are both asked for.
• Check that your 3-month availability fits the start window, and say so plainly.
