Your responsibilities in this role
As a Growth & Client Success Executive, you will engage with Mutual Fund Distributors across India to promote FinApp. Your main responsibilities include:
- Contacting distributors to introduce the FinApp platform.
- Arranging product demonstrations and ensuring follow-up until sign-up.
- Onboarding new distributors, providing welcome calls, training, and support.
- Addressing their queries and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Relaying feedback to the founding team based on your experiences.
