What you would work on
The internship is about contributing to real full-stack projects and supporting the development team through the whole build cycle, on both the frontend and the backend.
- Build responsive, easy-to-use interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs and server-side functionality, and connect the frontend to those APIs and to third-party services.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve and manage application data.
- Write clean, reusable, well-structured code, and use Git/GitHub to collaborate with the team.
- Find, debug and fix bugs, and test that applications work properly, respond well and stay reliable.
- Take part in code reviews and help improve application performance.
- Help deploy and maintain applications in development or cloud environments.
- Turn project requirements into technical solutions and keep documentation for applications, APIs and processes.
- Keep up with current web technologies, frameworks and industry practices.
