Founder's Office Intern

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will actively participate in search mandates. Key tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and contacting potential hires who are significantly experienced. You will collaborate directly with the team to assemble candidate shortlists for client presentations. Expect a mix of detailed work that provides insight into how hiring operates within the venture capital ecosystem.

This role is open to final year students or recent graduates. You should have strong writing skills and a readiness to engage with candidates over the phone. There is no requirement for prior recruitment experience, a specific finance background, or a college brand. This internship is a full-time commitment for three months and is based in Delhi, operating in a hybrid work mode.
