What you will handle at CRAFVERO
This is a mix of social media, content, listings and order support for a gifting brand. You will work with the team to keep orders moving and customers happy.
- Content and social media: run the brand's Instagram and Facebook pages, design posts and promotional creatives in Canva, and help make product photos, reels and videos for personalized gifts. You will also help prepare campaigns for festivals, birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions.
- Selling and customers: upload product listings, change prices and keep product details current on online selling platforms. You will also coordinate customer inquiries, order details and customization requests.
- Research and records: study market trends, customer preferences and competitor products to spot new openings. You will log inquiries, orders and sales daily in Excel or Google Sheets, and suggest marketing ideas to raise brand awareness and sales.
