Ways to prepare before you apply
- Learn how a shipment moves from booking to delivery, and what a Bill of Lading, a packing list and a shipping instruction each do.
- Practise comparing figures across two sheets in Excel. Lookups and filters make that kind of checking faster.
- If you have touched CargoWise or any similar logistics software, say so on your resume. Even a short course or demo counts.
- Keep a real example ready of a time you spotted a mistake or chased several people to finish something.
- Practise writing short, clear emails, since the work involves several outside parties.
How the stipend compares
₹15,000 a month sits above typical for internships in the same field across India. Over the six months, that is a point in its favour.
