Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Internship

This internship puts you inside the working side of online marketing and lead generation, with a mix of campaign work, research and tracking.

• Campaigns and content: help plan and run campaigns on online platforms, and prepare and polish material for landing pages, emails and social media.
• Research and leads: study audiences, industries, competitors and new marketing trends, then help find prospects, build databases and coordinate outreach.
• Measuring and improving: follow how campaigns perform on leads, engagement and conversions, and work with the team to test ideas that improve lead quality and acquisition results.

You do not need professional experience. Curiosity and a willingness to learn count for a lot here.

• An interest in digital marketing, lead generation, sales funnels and online customer acquisition.
• Good communication, research, organisation and follow-through.
• The ability to work on your own in a remote setup and keep to agreed timelines.
• Basic familiarity with social media, content creation, spreadsheets or digital analytics is helpful, though not a must.

• Pick one small thing you have done, such as a social media page, a college event promotion or a simple survey, and be ready to explain what you did and what happened.
• It helps to practise building a clean spreadsheet that tracks a few numbers over time, since tracking leads and conversions is part of the work.
• Write a short sample post or email and read it aloud. Clear, error-free writing shows the communication skills this role asks for.
• Learn how a sales funnel moves from first contact to a lead to a customer, so you can talk about it in simple words.
• Think about how you will manage your time while working remotely, and be ready to give an example of meeting a deadline without supervision.
