Customer Relationship Officer

The primary responsibilities in this role include:

• Identifying and sourcing potential customers to meet monthly targets.
• Building and nurturing customer relationships while generating quality leads.
• Evaluating customer repayment capacity, character, and creditworthiness.
• Handling customer queries and clearly explaining products and procedures.
• Coordinating document collection and property inspections, as well as legal processes.
• Monitoring loan portfolios and ensuring timely Follow-ups for repayments and overdue amounts.

Applicants should possess skills in presales, sales support, business development, field sales, and knowledge of home loans and property.
