Culture Intern

In the role of Culture Intern, you will play a vital part in supporting the People and Culture team with various tasks related to retail talent acquisition.

• Assist in recruitment processes, which includes screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Engage in activities that improve employee engagement and culture within the organization.
• Help facilitate the onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as required.

This internship is suitable for candidates who are pursuing or have completed an MBA or PGDM with a specialization in HR. Strong communication skills are a must for effective interaction within the team and with candidates. The position is onsite in Pune, and immediate joining is preferred to meet the team’s current needs.
