Corporate Wellbeing & Partnerships Intern

As a Corporate Wellbeing & Partnerships Intern, you will engage in various initiatives aimed at improving workplace mental health. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing partnerships and managing outreach to corporate entities.
• Handling lead and relationship management.
• Assisting in the coordination of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), workshops, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Creating proposals and presentations for programs.
• Enhancing content and digital presence related to corporate wellbeing.

This role is suitable for individuals who have a strong interest in organisational, industrial, human resources, or business psychology. The hiring team seeks proactive, articulate, and organised candidates who are genuinely curious about workplace mental health. The internship lasts for 6 months and is hybrid, based in Delhi NCR.
