What you will do
The selected intern will be responsible for producing and improving documentation aimed at developers.
- Execute quickstarts and integration guides in a clean environment, recording any failures.
- Revise the steps that do not work and supply missing prerequisites.
- Update code samples to match the latest SDK version.
- Create new guides for features lacking documentation.
- Develop long-form content such as tutorials and integration walkthroughs that enhance user engagement.
- Correct broken links, outdated screenshots, and improper page metadata.
- Conduct interviews with engineers to gather precise technical information.
- Keep a record of recurring documentation issues and relay them to the responsible team.
