Content Creator & Social Media Internship
REGROB INFRASTRUCTURE in Bangalore has one internship opening for someone to plan, film, edit and post content for two of its business profiles. The stipend of ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 a month is well above what similar Bangalore internships in this field typically pay.
What you would be making and managing
You would look after social media content for two business profiles, taking each piece from idea to shoot to edit to post, and then studying how it performed.
- Maintain one content calendar per profile. You research what is trending in formats, audio and storytelling, and suggest original ideas of your own.
- Before each shoot, prepare the script, shot list, captions and calls to action, balancing trend-led posts with informative ones that build the brand's credibility.
- Travel to agreed locations, including the Earthen Mill store, production spots and property sites, to film walkthroughs, founder videos, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content and customer stories shot with consent.
- Record well-framed footage with clear sound, suitable lighting and supporting B-roll, in vertical or horizontal format as needed. Coach the founder and other speakers on delivery, framing and retakes, and plan shoots so one session yields material for several posts.
- Edit using Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or a similar tool, building in hooks, a clear narrative, pacing, subtitles, music, sound effects, graphics and transitions.
- Design carousels, Stories, covers, thumbnails and promotional creatives in Canva, Photoshop or an equivalent, keeping a steady visual identity for each business.
- Fit content to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms agreed with the team, work in feedback, and deliver on the timelines set. You also schedule and publish, filling in hashtags, keywords, location tags, profile information, Highlights and captions.
- Read and answer comments and direct messages using information the business has approved, and pass sales inquiries on to the founder or the relevant team. Posts about launches, offers and events need approval before any price, offer, property detail or product claim goes live.
- Watch metrics such as reach, views, watch time, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits and inquiries, write a weekly performance report, and try out different hooks, video lengths, formats and posting styles.
- Keep raw footage, finished videos, photographs and design files sorted in shared folders, with backups and editable project files, and follow each piece from ideation to publication. Music and visuals must be properly licensed, and consent taken where required.
Who this internship is open to
The post invites students, recent graduates and early-career creators, and says demonstrated skills and quality of work carry more weight than any specific degree. Women wanting to start or restart their careers can apply too.
- You must be from Bangalore and available for a full-time internship in the office for 3 months.
- Your start date needs to fall between 19 Oct 2026 and 23 Nov 2026.
- You need your own two-wheeler and must be free for fieldwork four days a week, mainly in Whitefield and East Bengaluru.
- You should be able to use one video editing tool and one design tool, for example Canva, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and understand composition, lighting, recording audio, subtitles and storytelling.
- You should know your way around Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and publishing on social platforms, and be able to write hooks, captions and basic scripts.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management are expected, along with ease in working independently from home and closely with the team during field visits.
Extras that help: good English, curiosity about real estate, food, entrepreneurship or consumer brands, experience with phones, DSLR or mirrorless cameras, mics, tripods, gimbals and simple lighting, and using AI tools for ideas, subtitles and editing while verifying what they produce. What to do before you apply
- Assemble a few short videos of your own, including a vertical reel with subtitles and a thumbnail or carousel design, so a reviewer can see your editing and design in minutes.
- Try drafting a plan for one imaginary shoot: a hook, a brief script, a shot list and a caption ending in a call to action.
- Spend time in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus Canva, since the posting lists these tools.
- Learn what reach, watch time and saves tell you, and practise writing a short weekly note on what worked for a page you run.
- If AI tools help you with ideas or subtitles, be ready to explain how you verify the result before it goes live.
What the stipend looks like
The stipend runs from ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 a month, which is well above typical for internships in this field in Bangalore. It is made up of a fixed part of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 and an incentive part of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, so reaching the top of the range depends on the incentive.
