Communication (Digital Marketing) Internship
NFPRC Foundation, a policy think tank, is hiring a communication and digital marketing intern in Delhi, with 2 openings. The internship is onsite, runs for 1 month and pays ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 a month.
What you would work on
You would handle the design and writing that carry NFPRC's research to a public audience, across its social and publishing channels.
- Design: build visual systems, templates and social media formats for the organisation, and lay out graphics for research outputs, parliamentary trackers, policy explainers and budget analyses.
- Writing and publishing: help run NFPRC's presence on X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Substack, working on captions, summaries, analytical notes, explainers and newsletters, and supporting its content strategy and publishing workflow.
- Translation and outreach: turn technical, research-heavy material into formats the public can follow without losing analytical depth, use AI tools for ideas, design help and editing, and support wider branding and engagement work.
Who can apply and what you need
The internship is full time and in the office. You should be able to start between 16 October 2026 and 20 November 2026, and be free for the full 1 month. The posting also asks for relevant skills and interest.

How to prepare before you apply
- Put together a few samples that show both sides of the job: a designed graphic and a short piece of writing, such as a caption or explainer.
- Practise taking a dense report or budget summary and turning it into one clear post. It helps to keep the numbers and the argument intact.
- Open a Substack account or read a few policy newsletters, so you can talk about how long-form publishing differs from a short social post.
- Try two or three AI tools on a real drafting task, and be ready to explain how you check and edit what they produce.
- Brush up your typography and layout basics in InDesign and Illustrator, since the work includes trackers and analysis layouts.
What the stipend looks like
