What you would be doing with clients
This is a client-facing job built around Triluxo's AI agents and dashboards, with US logistics companies on the other side of the call.
- Demos and meetings: show the Phone AI Agent, Email AI Agent and dashboards to clients and prospects, shaped around how each one operates. You also run meetings on delivery, go-live readiness and progress, from agenda to follow-up note.
- Adoption and issues: study usage data and agent performance to work out why clients are or are not using the product, and sort problems into technical or process-related. Technical ones get logged internally, and you work with engineers until they are closed.
- Materials and feedback: build presentations, adoption reports, ROI summaries and training guides for clients, and pass feature requests, pain points and success stories back to the product team.
