Campus Ambassador Internship

The job is to make Anota known among students at your college and to carry their reactions back to the team.

• Promotion: talk about Anota in classes, clubs, hostels and student chat groups, write about it on Instagram, LinkedIn and college community pages, and join hands with societies, fests, and coding or reading clubs for events.
• Onboarding students: persuade them to create an account and begin with a first document, along with highlights and notes. You also hold short demos or sessions in study groups, libraries and during exam time.
• Reporting back: every week, gather what students say, including bugs and ideas for new features, and pass it to the team.

The post sets conditions on availability, not on degree or year of study. You fit if you:

• can commit 1 month
• bring skills and interests that match the work

The skills named are Social Media Marketing, presentation skills, and English, both spoken and written. Listed extras are a certificate, flexible hours and a five-day working week.

• It helps to keep a few samples of posts you have written for Instagram or LinkedIn, even for a club or a personal page.
• Practise explaining a tool in two minutes to a small group, since the role includes demos and sessions.
• Be ready to show clear written English, for instance a short note on how you would introduce a study tool to your hostel.
• Think of societies and clubs on your campus you already know, as the work involves event tie-ups with them.
• Get into the habit of noting what peers say about a product, because passing feedback to the team each week is part of the job.
