Business Research Associate - Fresher

You will be responsible for making and receiving calls to gather information from customers and credible sources. Your tasks include maintaining high standards of call quality, accurately reporting feedback after each call, and ensuring that the information collected is reliable and reported in the prescribed format.

This position is open to freshers, and no previous experience is necessary. Candidates must be based in Hyderabad and should be proficient in both spoken and written English. A background in Political Science, Mass Communication, or Public Administration is advantageous.

It helps to refine your communication skills, as effective interaction with customers is key. Familiarity with MS-Office and analytical research methods will also be beneficial. Additionally, staying updated on current affairs can assist in conversations and assessments during calls.
