What you will be doing each week
- Contact prospective students by phone, messages, email and other channels, and explain TechBairn's courses, workshops, internships and certification programmes.
- Find out what each student wants from their career, then suggest a learning path that fits.
- Follow up with interested students, answer their questions, and turn qualified leads into enrolments.
- Keep your conversations with students recorded accurately in the CRM.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams so new students get onboarded smoothly.
- Hit daily, weekly and monthly targets for outreach and enrolments, while building lasting relationships with the students you speak to.
What to have ready before you apply
The role is remote, and the posting is about how you communicate and work rather than a particular qualification. Here is what it asks for:
- Strong communication and people skills, and confidence talking to students on calls and in messages.
- Persuasion and the ability to build relationships.
- A self-motivated, target-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Applications close on 31 Oct 2026, so give yourself time to get your details in order.
What the stipend looks like
The range is ₹3,000 to ₹15,000 a month, which is around typical for remote internships in the same field. The gap between the two ends is wide, so it is worth being clear in your own mind about what you would accept.

How to get your application and first calls in shape
- Practise explaining a course or programme in two or three plain sentences. It helps to show you can make something clear without sounding scripted.
- Think of a time you convinced someone or followed up with a person until they decided. A short, real example of persuasion and patience is worth more than a general claim.
- Brush up on Google Docs and Sheets, or Word and Excel, so the basics feel easy.
- If you have not used a CRM, read about how one logs contacts and follow-ups. It helps to understand why clean records matter when you manage many leads.
- Write a couple of sample follow-up messages to a student who showed interest. This builds the habit of being polite, specific and brief.
