Business Development Internship

• Research businesses that could become clients, generate leads and help build up a sales pipeline.
• Introduce Midgrow Studio's services to prospects by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Help with client conversations, follow-ups and meeting scheduling, and keep the lead databases up to date.
• Work out what a client needs and coordinate with internal teams to suggest suitable marketing solutions.
• Support business development plans, draft basic proposals, and track how outreach turns into conversions.
• Nurture client relationships over time so the business can grow.

This internship is only for people based in Indore, and it is full-time and in-office. You need to be free for the whole 6 months and able to start between 20 October 2026 and 24 November 2026.

• Pick a few small businesses and practise writing a short outreach email introducing a marketing service. The role involves reaching out to prospects, so this is good practice.
• Keep a simple example of your own handy, such as a social media page you ran, a campaign you drafted or an email you wrote, to show your marketing skills.
• Practise speaking about your work clearly in English, since both spoken and written English are asked for.
• Learn how a basic lead tracker works. A simple spreadsheet with contact, status and follow-up date is enough to show you can stay organised.
• Check your dates against the 6-month duration and the start window before you commit.
