What you will be doing each day

  • Phone people searching for a PG, flat or rental home in Bangalore, and keep following up with them after each call and each visit so that bookings get closed.

  • Set up property visits and keep customers, brokers, owners and the Stayin team in step with each other.
  • Record lead updates, call notes, visit status and follow-up details in Stayin's CRM/admin system.
  • Go back to older leads, spot the genuine ones, and make sure no customer who is ready to book gets overlooked. When a customer's first pick is gone, work with the brokerage team to find another option.
  • Work towards daily and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, visits, follow-ups and bookings, and pass customer feedback and common requests to the team to help improve listings, sales processes and conversions.
