Business Analyst Intern

The intern will assist in gathering and documenting both business and functional requirements from stakeholders. They will engage in discussions with clients, participate in requirement-gathering sessions, and prepare essential documents like business requirement documents and user stories. The intern is expected to analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity teams. Additional tasks include maintaining requirement trackers, managing action items, and contributing to project documentation, as well as conducting basic market and technology research. Furthermore, the intern will assist with user acceptance testing, support senior business analysts with demos, and help create presentations for client discussions.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers with qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, or MBA in IT or Business Analytics. Candidates should possess strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills along with effective communication abilities. A basic understanding of the software development life cycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with tools like MS Excel is important.
