Associate Recruiter

The Associate Recruiter will be involved in several HR tasks that focus on recruitment and documentation management.

• Engage in effective communication with candidates and other staff members.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and follow up with applicants throughout the hiring stages.
• Handle documentation and maintain accurate records for recruitment.
• Utilize MS Office tools to manage data efficiently and support HR activities.

This role is suited for female candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience, who are eager to launch or advance their careers in HR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in an onsite environment in Haridwar.
