What you would be checking and reporting
You would support Talview's QA team by reviewing remote proctoring sessions and turning what you see into quality data the team can act on.
- Watch live and recorded sessions against the set procedures and quality standards, and look at how proctors spot, note down and escalate violations.
- Log your findings, keep the quality trackers accurate, and prepare weekly and monthly Excel reports that show repeat errors, trends and areas to improve.
