How to get ready

  • Put a small portfolio together before you apply. Part of the work is building one, so a head start helps.
  • Pick a few small web projects you can explain simply, including what you built and what you would improve.
  • Try one or two AI tools and note where they could help a website. The role involves suggesting practical uses.
  • Practise explaining technical ideas aloud in clear English, since spoken English is the listed skill.
  • Check that your 2 weeks fit inside the start window before you commit.
