What you would be working on
- Finding target companies: you look for larger UK firms in industrial, manufacturing and energy (100M+ revenue or 500+ employees), using Companies House, The Gazette and legal dockets.
- Watching for events: you follow signals such as SAP S/4HANA migrations, site closures, carve-outs and restructurings led by private equity.
- Early governance checks: for shortlisted firms, you judge whether older data, such as ERP history and plant maintenance archives, is free of serious risks like active litigation holds or significant consumer PII exposure.
- Mapping decision-makers: you find and confirm direct contact details for the General Counsel, Chief Data Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
- Writing dossiers: you produce one-page summaries of each target's ERP setup, data footprint and trigger events, then pass the checked versions to Vedron's core team.
