Accountant

The Accountant will manage various financial tasks including:

• Handling accounts payable by recording vendor bills and ensuring timely payments.
• Managing accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and tracking outstanding payments.
• Maintaining and reconciling ledgers for vendors and customers.
• Supporting GST compliance through preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Conducting monthly bank reconciliations and addressing any discrepancies.
• Assisting in financial reporting and documentation upkeep.

This role is open to B.Com graduates, including freshers with a foundational understanding of accounting. Candidates should have knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GST compliance, as well as familiarity with Zoho Books or Tally and proficiency in MS Excel. Good communication skills in English and Tamil are also required.
